Many of us have had to change the way in which we work during the pandemic. I believe that materials for lectures should be released a week prior to the actual lecture for all, pandemic or not, in order for everyone to be given appropriate time to read the materials provided.

Benefits would be that everyone has sufficient time to do the reading prior to the lectures, and better engagement in lectures, clearer understanding and more opportunity to ask questions.
