We can advise you regarding the various procedures, comment on your appeal and complaint submissions, and help you to prepare for disciplinary hearings or university meetings. We can even attend them with you or on your behalf! We will help you represent yourself in the best way possible regarding your case and ensure you follow the correct University procedures.

How can we help?

Here are some of the things we can do to help you:

  • Help you to understand the processes for appeals, complaints, mitigating circumstances, etc.

  • Support you through the process of submitting an appeal, complaint, or application for mitigating circumstances

  • Help you put together statements and evidence to support your appeal, complaint, or application for mitigating circumstances

  • Monitor the progress of your appeal, complaint, or application for mitigating circumstances

  • Provide you with representation and support by accompanying you to any meetings with the University

  • Provide support in disciplinary, malpractice, and misconduct cases by explaining the process and regulations, helping you prepare evidence, attending any hearings with you, and assisting you in appealing any decisions.

  • Provide support with any Fitness to Practice issues, including helping you understand the procedures, assisting you through any investigations, and attending any meetings that take place
