Unless the Trustees determine otherwise, the Executive Committee shall be the Officer Trustees and, in a non-voting capacity, the Union Director. The Executive Committee shall meet in accordance with the Bye-Laws.  The main business of which is to discuss the implementation of projects and ideas which will improve the lives of Students at Bangor University. The Executive Committee must ensure that all of the activities of Undeb Bangor abide by all relevant policies.  The Executive Committee should take direction from, be accountable to, and report progress to, both Undeb Bangor Council and GM / AGM and may take on functions of the Trustee Board as delegated. The Executive Committee members are free to structure the meetings as they see fit, provided that the conditions outlined in the bye law are met.
