Bukola Oguntuyi is an international postgraduate student at Bangor University, currently pursuing an MBA in Management with a focus on New Business Creation, General Management, and Leadership.

She brings several years of experience in strategic people and business operations roles across diverse industries and regions. Passionate about inclusive and efficient work environments, Bukola is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive people-centred and sustainable business practices.

Outside of her academic commitments, she serves as a part-time team member at Sanctuary Trust - a charitable organisation supporting the homeless and individuals dealing with substance abuse in Llandudno Junction, where she contributes to housing operations.

After completing her MBA, Bukola aims to explore opportunities that promote sustainable business creation across both tech and non-tech sectors. Her long-term goal is to launch one of her innovative startup ideas focused on Talent Acquisition, Professional Networking, and Generational Knowledge Transfer.
